Boosting client confidence through communication, ownership, & cultural fluency.

Improving Studio Efficiency

The team often lacked assertiveness or clarity in meetings and task execution, leading to delays, rework, and misaligned outcomes.

Building Client Confidence

Western clients needed to trust that the team could deliver, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly—especially under shifting priorities.

Addressing Cultural Gaps

Miscommunication often stemmed from cultural misunderstandings around feedback, hierarchy, and communication styles.

Driving Scalable Behavior Change

The solution needed to engage employees across disciplines while being scalable, repeatable, and tailored for the India-based workforce.

Training Curriculum

Blended, behavior-driven learning—built for client-facing success.

Curriculum Highlights

Blended, behavior-driven learning—built for client-facing success.
Developed in close partnership with Technicolor Games leadership, the curriculum combined live virtual training, self-paced LMS modules, and facilitated in-person workshops to build communication, leadership, and cultural fluency. Designed specifically for India-based teams, the program used real client scenarios, interactive activities, and local facilitators to drive practical skill application. Custom kickoff videos and scenario-based exercises reinforced behavior change and ensured relevance to daily studio workflows.

Keeping Commitments
The training focused on managing and meeting expectations as the key to building trust with clients. Using the Commitment Stool—which stands on three legs: understanding the ask, setting clear expectations, and delivering on them—participants learned that if any one leg fails, the whole relationship can collapse, just like a person falling off a broken stool.
Agreeableness Scale
In the training, participants explored the Agreeableness Scale—learning that being too agreeable can lead to passivity and lack of impact, while being too disagreeable can create unnecessary conflict. The goal was to help individuals find a balanced approach that allows them to contribute assertively while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
Taking Ownership
The training emphasized the principle of Taking Ownership as essential for success and future leadership at the studio. Participants learned to take full responsibility for their role, development, and communication—proactively removing obstacles, aligning with project goals, and driving work forward without waiting to be told.
Cultural Awareness Framework
The training introduced the Three Rs—Recognize, Remember, and Respond—as a practical framework for navigating cultural differences between Eastern and Western communication styles. This model helped participants identify potential misunderstandings, consider both perspectives, and respond in ways that build clarity and trust with clients.

Learning Technology

Powerful Global Cloud-Based Learning Technology Solution
Scalable, blended learning with flexible learning tech.
The training program was delivered through a hybrid platform combining Moodle for structured, interactive e-learning and live session integration, enabling a seamless learner experience across formats. The system supported adaptive lessons, quizzes, certificates, and tracking dashboards while allowing for localized workshop coordination and facilitator engagement. Designed for the needs of a distributed India-based workforce, the platform ensured accessibility, accountability, and scalability—supporting both synchronous and asynchronous learning at scale.
