All the MPC Trainers

I built MPC Training entirely from the ground up. I established the department from scratch—defining its vision, structure, processes, and tools—to support MPC’s global VFX teams across London, Montreal, Toronto, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Adelaide.
Starting with no formalized training infrastructure, I assembled and led a 45-person team responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of technical and creative training. Programs spanned onboarding, software skills, workflow-specific coaching, and leadership development.
Designed to align closely with production needs, the training function became a critical partner to creative and operational leadership, helping bridge workflow gaps, accelerate project-readiness, and improve delivery timelines. The initiative also embedded a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across all studios.

Learning Challange

Delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact learning across global teams.
Delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact learning across global teams.

Global Scalability & Localization

Training needed to meet the diverse skill levels and cultural contexts of artists working in six countries, while maintaining consistent global standards and quality.

Rapid Upskilling for Production Readiness

New hires and transitioning artists had to be project-ready fast. Programs required rapid design and rollout to meet evolving client deadlines and software updates.

High-Security Requirements

All learning platforms and content—especially those featuring client IP—had to meet strict data protection, access control, and compliance standards.

Workflow-Aligned Content

Training had to reflect real-time studio workflows and tools, requiring close collaboration with department trainers, SMEs and ongoing updates to stay relevant.

Documentation

I led the restructuring of 26 global department spaces in Confluence, organizing over 8,000 pages of documentation to improve accessibility, reduce redundancy, and align with current workflows. Standardized templates and centralized content made it easier for artists and production teams to find accurate, up-to-date information across all locations.
