Technicolor Group Compliance Training was a global initiative designed to reinforce a culture of security, trust, and respect across Technicolor and its renowned creative brands—MPC, The Mill, Mikros Animation, and Technicolor Games. From Data Privacy and Cybersecurity to Policy and Sexual Harassment Training, these scalable, mandatory learning programs ensured every employee understood and adhered to critical regulatory, ethical, and operational standards. The training was built to meet legal requirements, manage organizational risk, and preserve client trust in Technicolor’s ability to protect high-value creative content and intellectual property.
Technicolor’s Global Compliance Training initiative reinforced a culture of trust, safety, and accountability across the organization—including MPC, The Mill, Mikros Animation, and Technicolor Games. Focused on high-impact areas such as Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Workplace Conduct, and Policy Awareness, the program ensured all employees were equipped to meet legal, ethical, and operational standards.

Data Protection Training
Delivered annually in partnership with the Data Protection Office, this training focused on secure handling of personal and client data. It reinforced legal responsibilities under GDPR and other regulations, ensuring employees played an active role in safeguarding sensitive information.
Policy Training
Employees completed annual training and attestation for critical policies including acceptable use, social media, information access, physical security, and more—ensuring a shared understanding of expected behavior and accountability.
Sexual Harassment Training
Designed to meet the UK’s 2024 legal requirements under the Worker Protection Act, this training helped new hires and employees recognize, prevent, and report harassment, fostering a workplace culture of respect and safety.
Cybersecurity Training
A structured cybersecurity training program was developed to address key topics such as phishing, password security, remote work best practices, and threat awareness. Designed for monthly delivery, the program aimed to build digital resilience and proactive security habits across Technicolor’s global workforce.

In close partnership with Data Protection, Government Compliance, and HR teams, I led curriculum development from concept to rollout—storyboarding content, mapping delivery timelines, and aligning to regulatory needs. Training was embedded into the LMS, assigned to new hires, and refreshed annually to reflect evolving legal and organizational priorities.

The platform enabled seamless training delivery, reinforced consistency across regions, and ensured every employee—from new hires to long-standing staff—had access to the knowledge they needed to stay compliant and aligned with organizational standards.
