Established and led the training department for MPC’s global VFX studios, overseeing a 45-person team responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training across locations in London, Montreal, Toronto, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Adelaide. Collaborated closely with creative and production leadership to identify workflow gaps and deliver targeted training that enhanced performance and supported client delivery timelines.

In 2022, the team trained 3,935 employees across 246,286 hours; in 2023, that rose to 5,797 employees with 381,683 hours delivered. Training covered technical skills, onboarding, workflow-specific coaching, and leadership development.

Led the evaluation and implementation of secure learning technology systems. Assessed platforms for data protection, access control, and integration with enterprise infrastructure. Successfully deployed an on-premises LMS in a high-security environment and developed over 50 LMS-based training programs, including both short-format and in-depth learning tracks.

Designed and refined global workflows for the entire training lifecycle—from needs analysis and course planning to SME collaboration, project tracking, and outcome measurement. Restructured 26 global department documentation spaces and reformatted over 8,000 pages to improve clarity, reduce redundancy, and increase accessibility for artists and production teams.

I founded VFX Horde to address the gap in industry-relevant training for aspiring and mid-career environment artists and matte painters, combining technical depth with real-world mentorship and entrepreneurial skills. I designed and launched a full-service online learning platform that featured structured courses, peer feedback, and performance tracking tools—providing a studio-simulated experience for artists learning remotely.

Beyond course creation, I built the entire ecosystem: integrating learning management, payment processing, marketing automation, and analytics to scale a sustainable e-learning business. One flagship course generated over $100K in revenue, and the platform served hundreds of students worldwide, many of whom successfully transitioned into professional studio roles.
